Following last meeting here is a draft table listing the areas of expertise of Core team and maintainers team members.. For now, the expertise keywords have been automatically generated from the topics of each person’s two most-contributed pipelines. If everyone could take a moment to simplify, refine, or add to their keywords, that would be great! Similarly, the two pipelines listed for each person may need to be updated. hackmd.io/@nf-core/SJOodAbdGe The goal is to make it easier to identify and ping the most appropriate people for pipeline reviews, discussions, and technical or scientific questions.

Did you take the list of maintainers from the people who are in this channel? Because if so, it has a bunch of non maintainers
l
I did take the list from the slack channel. Should I only take the ones on the website ?
m
yeah, website should be more up to date, for me this channel is open, so that people can ask questions to maintainers
or communicate with them

Okay, I removed alumnis and people absent from the website. At some point we might want to use standardized topic keywords for the pipeline. There is some duplicate (e.g., rna-seq, rnaseq, ...) 😅 I thought at first to use EDAM ontology, but the topics isn't yet precise enough for many fields (haplotype phasing or imputation in my case are absent).
