So there's been a samtools 1.23.1 release. So now the conda tests think samtools is 1.23.1, while docker/singularity say it's 1.23. Any idea on how to just pin 1.23 for samtools for conda, I really CANNOT be bothered into making a massive samtools update PR like @Matthias De Smet, when I actually just want to fix hisat2/build for Nextflow strict syntax

Uuuhm, everything is on 1.24 afaik… 23.1 is just a patch for an older version
