not sure the best way to get help with issues running it

Hey steve, I don't have any example configs yet, but I'm happy to help you get it running. I know that nf-core hosts example config files generically for the modules. Like this one here for awsbatch, but it's missing GPU directives.

we have it running but it crashes immediately after launch with
