I was away on vacation until last week and am now swamped with other work, so won't have a chance to get to MultiQC PRs for a little while yet sorry

It is on my todo list though, I can't promise when, but I will definitely get to yours and get them merged and released as soon as I can 🙂

I know it's frustrating to sit and wait for your PR to get merged sorry 😞 But without any funding for MultiQC it's basically a personal project of mine now so it has to fit in in the gaps around my other work.

just a gentle monthly reminder about these PRs - and thanks i saw you merged some of them! Also to flag: this one github.com/MultiQC/MultiQC/pull/3632 is from a colleague and also concerns mosdepth. And i see some later fix related to mosdepth too: github.com/MultiQC/MultiQC/pull/3660 (not by us). If you prefer to group review work per tool you might want to look at those in batch 🙂

these three PRs - 3632, 3612 and 3615 is the ones we are waiting for. We can assist you with whatever you need, as much as we can!

Take with a pinch of salt - don't feel like you have to agree / do everything it proposes. Sometimes what it says is rubbish, or taking guidelines I've set as hard and fast rules.

But it can give a useful starting point and does often find a bunch of the same stuff that I would find, so lets you tackle that before I put eyes on it.
