I do like this comment it makes it easier to catch up when there are failures as they where totally hidden and silent before.
That being said, it's quite misleading because it only warns about failures on a single shard, and not the other.
As anyone else noticed that?

I think this is one of the bugs that Claude found when working on a centralised actions repo for me
