Hi all, wanted to give a wee heads up that we're bumping the version of nft-utils in modules: github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/12768 This provides some nice new features (e.g. skipping keys in santizeOutput), but also means that some snapshots may fail as santizeOutput now traverses directories and captures their contents, rather than just the directory name (thanks to @Louis Le Nézet). So we should expect some snapshots to fail until they're regenerated.
