Hi differentialabundance team, great work on version 2.0.0. I absolutely love the new report. Just a small question regarding the heatmap. Is it possible to increase the size of the plot or leave out the legend? I have a lot of metadata and they basically overlay the heatmap completely.

There has been a change in dev where the heatmap now uses an updated version of shinyngs by @Jonathan Manning. It has more interactive features. Could you try running your report with this update and see if it works better? Otherwise, feel free to open an issue in the repo.

Thanks a lot for the help. I will try it out. Currently I could solve it partly by providing the default report with adapted heatmap size to the --report-file
