bam_tumor_normal_somatic_structural_variant_calling_gridss

is a bit excessive

I’m feeling like naming stuff is getting to be 90% of the work around here 😅 Can’t we make a bot for that?

and `tumor_normal`basically mean the same thing here.

You could maybe even omit the

variant_calling

part, as that’s indicated by

gridss

True, but we still need to specify the action itself in the name. I'd rather keep the variant calling part so it's clear what GRIDSS is doing, but shorten it to

sv_calling

so it doesn't get too long.
