This sounds great @David Marron! The biggest issue for #CP3RJSMF0 right now is that we're short on regular maintainers of the pipeline. Several of us have worked on it over the years (some nf-core trivia: it was actually the first nf-core pipeline, started quite a while before nf-core existed). But to the best of my knowledge, there isn't anyone really available to be caretaker for it. So - if you or anyone else reading this would like to step up and help out on that front, it'd be great to get your changes in plus any other updates and to try to get a release out 🙂
