What do we do usually?

The Parabricks modules all use the

process_gpu

label. Then a Sarek pipeline config sets the accelerators. I notice now that we could probably remove

ext.use_gpu

and there is some other redundancy we can remove in configuring the accelerators. I can make a PR for this.
