A new request to transfer a pipeline repository to nf-core has been made! • nf-core pipeline name: plasmodiumdrugres • URL to original repository: https://github.com/PlasmoGenEpi/plasmodiumdrugres • This pipeline has been accepted in nf-core through the proposal process Note: the repository can only be transfered to nf-core if this pipeline has been accepted through the proposal process. Next steps: 1. Someone from the core team will ask you to transfer the ownership of the repo to them. a. Core member: react to the message with šŸ‘€ once the process has been started 2. The core team member will transfer the repository to nf-core Core member: please react to the message with āœ… when this is done. [This process is not automated] submitter: @kathryn.murie

I can do the transfer, if you add me (mashehu on github) to your org as an owner while we do the transfer
k
Great, I just invited you
m
done, but just saw that you don't have a
TEMPLATE
branch that is needed to keep nf-core pipelines in sync. can you please create one post-hoc. this should help you on the way https://nf-co.re/docs/developing/template-syncs/set-up-pipeline-sync
k
Hmm I think it must have been deleted when we merged it in. I'll make a new one now
One of the commands on those instructions isn't working
Copy code
nf-core pipelines create --no-git
throws
Copy code
No such option '--no-git'.
I retrieved the TEMPLATE branch from my local copy and pushed it to a fork of the repo on our organisation. How should I add this to the nf-core repo? Or can I have permission to directly push the branch to the nf-core repo?
m
you should be able to, TEMPLATE is not a protected branch as far as I know
m
you are now admin for the nf-core org as well, so should be able to push things there
