Hi! First of all, congrats @Diego Alvarez Saravia and collaborators for the impressive new release. I'm running in an error with BUSCO and GUNC and wanted to know if you'd encountered this before or know a quick fix, before I open a detailed issue on github.

ERROR ~ Error executing process > 'NFCORE_MAG:MAG:BIN_QC:BUSCO_BUSCO (18)'

Caused by:
  java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

The most similar case I found online is this: github.com/nextflow-io/nextflow/issues/5826#… 26.04.4 build 12445 with SLURM as executor

Hi @Jonathan Rondeau-Leclaire! Which version of mag are you running? I fixed an error like that one here: github.com/nf-core/mag/pull/1087, caused because

.sort()

changes the list inplace

commit bed815ef56586c08695bf94943d9ad6f1dedd387 , I'm afraid of breaking my cache if updating to 5.5.0, I'm so close to finishing this massive assembly project!
