Pre-existing repo-wide breakage since Jul 29 — every Playwright run since then fails identically.

Error
Failed to load tsconfig file at sites/main-site/tsconfig.json:
Failed to resolve "extends" path "astro/tsconfigs/base"

Root cause: playwright bump 1.61.1 → 1.62.0 (commit 358e75e0e, "update dependencies"). 1.62.0 added its own tsconfig extends resolver, resolveConfigFile in node_modules/playwright/lib/common/index.js:

1. appends .json → astro/tsconfigs/base.json
2. resolves relative to tsconfig dir → sites/main-site/astro/tsconfigs/base.json ✗
3. one retry, sibling node_modules only → sites/main-site/node_modules/astro/tsconfigs/base.json ✗
4. throw

No upward node_modules walk, no export-map support. astro is hoisted to root node_modules (package-lock:6259), so step 3 misses. Verified 1.61.1 has no Failed to resolve string at all — resolver is new.

Extra trap: writing base.json explicitly does not help either. Astro's export map is
"./tsconfigs/*": "./tsconfigs/*.json",
"./tsconfigs/*.json": "./tsconfigs/*"
and the tarball ships only base.json, so require.resolve("astro/tsconfigs/base.json") → tsconfigs/base → MODULE_NOT_FOUND. Verified both locally against astro 7.1.5.

Fix options (repo-level, separate PR):
- sites/main-site/tsconfig.json: "extends": "../../node_modules/astro/tsconfigs/base.json" — one line, playwright's step-2 relative resolve hits the hoisted copy.
- or pin @playwright/test back to 1.61.1.
