@Ara I don't really have time myself unfortunately. For your awareness, the pipeline has essentially been re-designed recently, by @Naiara, @Sebastian Uhrig and @Felix Krueger (I just implemented their design), and is probably a lot more biologically valid now. I think you'd be well advised to work with the dev version than the last release for your workshop.

Probably the best person would be @Naiara, who will also present it at a conference this September - I will ping her on our internal Slack - I myself will be in the wilderness of the Pyrenees during the time of the workshop… ⛰️
