Our self-hosted Runs-on runners are finally back! 🥳🥳🥳 Sorry for all the inconvenience, if you still have some actions stuck you can cancel them via gh cli and —force. The issue was a tiny billing problem unrelated to nf-core, but in the same AWS org, that prohibited us to launch certain instances, including self hosted runners and the megatest. Everything should be fine now. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I still need this apptainer version patch to not fail all singularity tests though: github.com/nf-core/proteinfamilies/pull/183/…/6e2b7491ff37… Thought it was a runners compatibility problem, but doesnt seem like so. It must be connected to the latest template and Nextflow versions.
