Can someone confirm that the AWS Batch compute environment used for full-size tests is configured with c6id, m6id, and r6id instance types with Intel Xeon Platinum 8375C (Ice Lake) CPUs? This is the answer I got form the Sequera co-scientist but I would like to double-check, because I want to use this information in a paper where I will use the #C06TRU74N4D pipeline's full test as a benchmark. By the way, the AWS full tests are really cool…
r
those are the instance families. I can't tell you about the CPU types, but I would check AWS' resources for this. Here is the json file defining the CE, I removed a number or arn roles that I don't think are relevant
for your own runs you can also check which task was submitted to which machine:

Thanks! Where do I find information for that run? nf-co.re/pairgenomealign/…/results-b64a…

It looks like I do not have the credentials 😅

Thanks a lot!
Amazing, there is even a cost estimate!
r
I'd be careful with the cost estimate, it's a lower bound because from this view it is not able to take in a lot other costs that are incurred around the run like storage usage etc.
