You can use force on the GitHub CLI to kill such jobs

Claude told me to do this:
```gh api -X POST repos/nf-core/mag/actions/runs/30156658299/force-cancel```
It worked!

We had something similar, but simpler I believe. Just the job id

the cli command is maybe easier to remember than the api URL: ` gh run cancel 30156658299
 --force` does the same
