I'm a bioinformatician with a Master in Bioinformatics and 2 previous years of experience thanks to an internship. About my skills, I'm quite proficient in Python, R, Bash and Nextflow, especially in R and Nextflow. Nevertheless, I have a intermediate level in SQL, MongoDB and Awk. I also know how to use LaTeX and Typst. And, last but not least, I know how to create biological digital twins. Regarding languages, I am native in Spanish, C1 in Valencian (although officially I'm native) and I have the C2 Proficiency in English.
