I think I got Claude to fix issue 1629 - the one about the misleading error messages in stdout. The fix is restricted to changes in subworkflows/local/samplesheet_to_channel/main.nf Should I make a PR with that?

yes, I don't xsee the changes in the linked code. PR would make it easier
