Heads-up everyone, we have a new release, 3.15.0! There have been a lot of under-the-hood changes this time round, as well as one or two user-facing nuggets. Highlights: 1. nf-test integrations at all levels 2. CI improvements 3. moving modules and subworkflows to nf-core/modules where practical 4. improvements in the MultiQC report- we now have a defined and controlled order for the sections 5. an overhaul of the strandedness assessments that prompt so many questions. There should now be better agreement between predicted strandedness and that generated by RSeQC at the end of the workflow, and you will now always get a strandedness report (not just on error). 6. separation of the indexing step used by SortMeRNA into its own process (rather than the default behaviour of repeating this each time). That should speed things up a bit there. 7. A nice animated subway map 8. More and better usage of stubs in associated modules Huge thanks to everyone involved, you're all amazing!
