It looks like it is stuck in an intermediate stage of loading. Do you have any ad- or script-blockers, firewalls, etc.?

I've turned off all my extensions but can't turn off the security measures on my work comp 🙂. I was able to get what I needed using my personal phone

You could put in a ticket with your IT people, especially if it affects more than just this website ...
