Do we have any nextflow pipeline for ultima genomics whole genome sequencing data ?

I don't know much about Ultima Genomics, but my impression is that it is fundamentally not much from other short-read sequencing platforms like Illumina, so #CGFUX04HZ would probably be a good choice, or any other pipeline that deals with WGS, it really depends on what data you have, and what your questions are.
