Hi ! I have a strange issue on nf-core/phaseimpute. It often happen during development that I forgot to delete something, or edit a channel tuple that should normally throw a warning (e.g. presence of ch_versions.mix(SAMTOOLS_VIEW.out.versions.first()) when this module have been moved to topics). However instead of throwing an error, I have another unrelated error that pop up instead ("No regions to process") from

ch_regions = ch_regions
        .combine(chr_all_mis.toList())
        .filter { meta, _regions, chr_mis ->
            !(meta.chr in chr_mis)
        }
        .map { meta, regions, _chr_mis -> [meta, regions] }
        .ifEmpty { error "No regions left to process" }

I don't know why this one is triggered and how to avoid it to not mask the real error.

.filter()

it still gives the unrelated error sometimes 😕
