Hi, I ran into an issue, which I assume has been solved and probably is caused by me missing something. With some tools now emitting versions in a different format, this seems to break this function:

def processVersionsFromYAML(yaml_file) {
    def yaml = new org.yaml.snakeyaml.Yaml()
    def versions = yaml.load(yaml_file).collectEntries { k, v -> [k.tokenize(':')[-1], v] }
    return yaml.dumpAsMap(versions).trim()
}

which is in

utils_nfcore_pipeline

I assume that the issue is that there are some processes that emit a

yaml

, but others (those that are on topics) emit a list that is

[taskname, software, version]

is there some existing workaround I could use?
