, does the pipelines uses megahit anyway? I thought it wasnt going to but my job has failed in the megahit step with this error:

 Process `NFCORE_MAG:mag:ASSEMBLY:SHORTREAD_ASSEMBLY:MEGAHIT (BC)` terminated with an error exit status (247)

Is it normal that it uses megahit anyway or there is a way to deactivate it that Im not applying? Thanks!

All assemblers are run by default, so you will want to skip the ones you don't want to run: https://nf-co.re/mag/5.4.0/parameters/#assembly-options

and do you think its better to skip them or to keep them all? Will itimprove the binning if I keep all the assemblers?
