Congrats for the new release! Regarding the renaming of the parameter `bgc_skip_hmmsearch` to `bgc_run_hmmsearch`, does this mean that hmmsearch isn't being run by default anymore?

This is because there is no "default" hmm file included for AMP/BGC prediction. The users needs to specify themselves. If they don't care about it, the pipeline will just skip hmmsearch
