Are there any example datasets on which I can run rnaplice? I've been looking into turning rMATS into an nf-core module (https://github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/8699) because I thought it would be a cool project. I want to run it on some defined test data, so I can see that my module gives the same output as the original pipeline. I've looked at https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets/tree/rnasplice, but it just seems to have the FASTQ and bam files. I'm leaning towards running this, getting the rmats files, and then running rmats separately. Please let me know if that makes sense. Thank you, Uri David
