Hi! Anyone around that knows what the reason this check is part of `vcf-collect.py`? <https://github.com/nf-core/rnafusion/blob/4e5de7da9c9768545b484235d2a12c65441acada/bin/vcf_collect.py#L91-L97>
It seems that removing this check fixes my issues with missing data when fusioninspector doesn't output some specific fusions. I can elaborate more if necessary
