Hi, Federico! It is currently only possible to use one bin size per run, so your current strategy is the correct one. I assume by the phrasing of your question that having more than one (or all three) at the same time would be something you're interested in? In terms of run-time any kind of implementation would be the same as it is currently.

Hey thanks for your answer. I have some collaborators that usually want to see all three levels of resolution and evaluate the best one for downstream analysis. Anyway I can implement a script to run three separate runs. I was just checking if there was an implemented way thank you
