I'm evaluating if quantms would be useful to analyze some of our internal MS data and I am really struggling to pass the creation of the sdrf formated sample sheet. Is this the right place to get help on getting started? Just to frame my workflow, I have currently testing on the Seqera platform using our AWS Batch deployment that we routinely use for other pipelines. I went through the docs and some of the sdrf docs with no avail... still getting errors at the first task...
