just merged https://github.com/nf-core/tools/pull/4374 which makes version bumping for modules easier (handles mulled containers correctly, switches them to wave containers) especially for a family of tools (looking at you samtools). you can test it with

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+<https://github.com/nf-core/tools.git@dev>
