looks like

sarscov2 - [fastq1, fastq2], index, fasta_fai, false, true - cram

doesn't capture the version. (we should probably fine tune that linting test a bit to require it only once inside the whole snapshot)

A second pair of eyes always helps! I will fix it. Thank you 🙂
