Apparently `which` is not present in the new default base image of seqera containers, must have changed relatively recently

The default nf-core base image (pixi based) should work (when you run `nf-core modules containers create`)

Yes! Had exactly the same. Take a look at the now merged fungtion/fungtion module conda env comments

You ll have to change the base conda image when making the containers with wave

nope, just in `dev` atm (`pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+<https://github.com/nf-core/tools.git@dev>`)
