that's a feature I would say, keeps the whole repo tidy :slightly_smiling_face:

but we could limit it to changed files only...

yeah, that's the first time I have seen it, I am reverting the changes to keep the scope of this PR small

or we should run linting on all files once in a while, and just force merge

I am just concerned by the new conda lock files
