Hi everyone! I just self-assigned my first issue in the modules repo: #12169 (gatk4/postprocessgermlinecnvcalls incorrect file type extension). I need to change the output extension from .vcf.gz to .tsv in the main.nf file. Can someone please help guide me on how to fork the repo and create the branch to fix this?
