I've written a pipeline that is not nf-core and have some plans for improvement that I aim to propose as an nf-core pipeline. This has now gathered some interest from others so it would be very convenient if we could discuss here: Would it be possible to get a channel, e.g. "sativa" (this is the name of a program used by the pipeline that I aim to turn into an nf-core swf and possibly a full nf-core pipeline)?

Please make a pipeline proposal in https://github.com/nf-core/proposals All discussion can happen there 🙂 A pipeline channel will be created once the pipeline has been accepted
