What is the preferred pattern for taking parameter input where the value is a list/array of one or more items? YAML takes a square bracket enclosed array fine, but the schema builder doesn't have arrays as an option, and the available options will fail to validate. I've seen a workflow where the parameter got a file path pointing to a file with the list of values. Is that the recommended way? Is it possible to do it inline in the main params.yaml? (In my case it's a list of file paths, so a separate file isn't a terrible idea.)

I would say either a path, or a delimiter separated string (e.g. comma), that you then have a manual check by separating and checking the inptus within the pipeline code.
