Hey folks, is there a tools-related development/software engineering task that's up for grabs since nobody is working on it? I'm looking to work on something in my free time - thanks! 🙂

sure, how familiar are you with python?

I can do any programming language

how about this one. should help you get familiar with our codebase and not too difficult to reproduce https://github.com/nf-core/tools/issues/3871

Thanks! How can I get it assigned to me?

just assign yourself to the issue

I left a comment on the issue that I am grabbing it, but I couldn't assign it myself (I believe due to access restrictions). Can you take a quick look?

are you part of the org? #CEB982K2T

yep, that was the issue - thanks!
