A new request to upload a container to quay.io has been made! • Container URL: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/12130 • Why is this needed?: The container is for the pipeline lsmquant. The Dockerfile is in the PR for the module. There is an old container for this process already: https://quay.io/repository/nf-core/numorph-3dunet:1.0.0. The version of the updated container should be now 1.0.9. The tool is not ment to be run outside of the container because the pypi package does not come with tensorflow or anything cuda related dependencies. This is only available inside the container, by using an optimised nvidia base image. This improves runtime from 16 min to 2 min on the pipelines test dataset.
