I want new fields dedicated to publications, and I was wondering how to organize them properly, also could tools be fetching the info from bio.tools when there is some, I did found some discrepancies between the modules meta.yml and bio.tools (also some discrepancy upstream in bio.tools as well)

for anyone else following that, I need these fields in the meta.yml, because I want to build the citations in the multiqc report which will probably happen in an offline setup
but yeah, we could probably get some things from doi/bio.tools etc...
regarding https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/12129 Do we want to move doi and other publications related fields in the the new publication object? Or do we want to do that at a later date?

we actually have no specs for arxiv, but we have it in some modules: https://github.com/maxulysse/nf-core_modules/blob/master/modules/nf-core/bwamem2/mem/meta.yml#L18
