This issue is breaking the references download: https://github.com/Clinical-Genomics/fusion-report/issues/91
If you want to approve.
Then you could do a new container in your strict syntax branch
including fusion-report 4.1.2 which fixes the issue
also added prek in instead of pre-commit
Nicolas, whenver you have time 😉

Seems like these files are no longer in the download output:
"DB-timestamp.txt:md5,242fbfec0c8ebd3d210194c396f2cb1a",
"fusiongdb2.db:md5,9dec75bfc146f56b36e5a84358f9e515",
"mitelman.db:md5,cd20889c359753ce0d7340143f2996b4",
a
hmm
I am also not 100% sure about the fusiongdb2 identitiy compared to the previous excel file
n
although wait, the relative paths to those files are still in the snapshot just not the md5sums
I'll investigate it a bit gimme a couple minutes
Okay false alarm, seems like these files were in the nftignore file. Strange that the previous snapshot had those md5sums then

Ok, we should maybe also run a test on the Fusions found
As they have / may have changed format slightly due to the FusionGDB input not being in the same order at least
