nf-core

Thank you <@U03FJ8WHBBP> <@U07LPUEHCQH> for the efforts. <@U03EY2LC5V3> <@UE6D8290F> <@UE4L64T4G> <@UQZG2UCF3> for all the PR approvals, container problems and other nf-core stuff.:rocket:

to celebrate the release, I added stricter branch protection rule sets: so now you need 1 PR approval also for PRs to `dev`

You mean an approval from a member of the core team?

Because the branch rule for dev was already set I guess

ah, good, then. no changes there then :slightly_smiling_face:

pushed also the zenodo doi to the readme.md on master <https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20733817> so everything should be settled now

Thanks <@UQZG2UCF3> :raised_hands::skin-tone-2:
