Another question: I am doing this in one of my files:

script:
...
    def groupBuilder = new groovy.yaml.YamlBuilder()
    groupBuilder(groups)

and lint complains:

Error modules/local/report/main.nf:63:5: `groupBuilder` is not defined
│  63 |     groupBuilder(groups)
╰     |     ^^^^^^^^^^^^

What should I change to avoid this?

so all i have to do is add

.call
