Hi I am running
nf-core/viralrecon
on Bianca, but it seems that the Bianca compute nodes are down. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Bianca by design only brings in nodes when you have jobs requiring them (there's something referred to as a meta scheduler to deal with that). From within an environment you won't be able to see how much work is queued and when you might get yours done, but since you have jobs submitting you're at least in the game to get nodes
(Once you've got at least a node, your jobs will start and once they're done nextflow might submit new ones that will have a node to run on already so they might start right away).

Thank you for the explanation!!!
That’s the good news
