It's time for a storm: the first draft of the main AGENTS.md is ready for feedback: https://github.com/nf-core/agents/pull/2. The main outstanding issue is the Nextflow caveats section, for which I had no great idea and I am asking for your help. You can, of course, provide feedback to any part of the document, as well as point out missing elements/sections. I would especially appreciate input from people with prior AI agent/assistant experience (@Phil Ewels, @Evangelos Karatzas), but any input is very welcome.
