To address the final reviewer comment, please can another of the <!subteam^S08MYEKMNTX> confirm that all modules work on a per-sample basis, there is no aggregation except when doing mapping mode all (so bowtie2/minimap2)?

I assume thats regarding
4. Steps that take place on individual samples vs on all samples together would also be useful to summarize somehow
By default its binning mode
group
, which might or might not include several samples. Additionally co-assembly mode obviously collects samples (opt-in though).

I checked the reviewer comments and I am not certain its about the figure or not, but I do not connect that comment to the figure. Up to us to interpret I guess.
Where do you think we should place this?
Could be in the tube map (but not needed I think), could be in the text about computational requirements (because thats impacting it a lot!). Otherwise I am clueless 😄

I felt it made more sense here: https://github.com/nf-core/mag/pull/1055
