<@UE6D8290F> could we kindly get a final review on <https://github.com/nf-core/mcmicro/pull/120> which I think is very close to being ready to make the first main release of `nf-core/mcmicro`! We have a reports due for the grant funding this work, and it would be great to be able report its release! FYI <@U044B2ABJUT>

I think this was chosen as this acts as a full nf-core-ization of the original MCMICRO pipeline (<https://github.com/labsyspharm/mcmicro>), but I agree it seems out of alignment with the nf-core approach. <@U044B2ABJUT> are you happy to call this 1.0?
