nfcore.utils

R package is now ready to be used (just some small addition to make before a first official release). I would like to have your point of view and comments on the following POC for its usage: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11933 The aim of this package is to provide an easy way to run some simple QC on the inputs (type, files exists, ...) and to generate the versions and log file. The package code is available at https://github.com/nf-core/r-nf-core-utils

In the future we could add more complex checks if of interest (regex matching, min/max values, ...).
