Hi hi! I would really like our center to be a test case user because I can help directly if there are any issues. We have a large dataset which is almost ready...ish. But there will be plenty more coming in the future. ~100,000 MAGs, long read ONT, including some circular MAGs. I think there's a few components here which aren't yet working or covered right? - mainly long read upload, single-contig MAGs, can the read upload be done standalone if the MAGs are still being worked on/private? I think using seq-submit might be a challenge for this dataset but maybe for the next? Is there any component I could help with to make this happen?
