I haven't been able to test the current version of nf-core/cellpainting yet as we've been pretty busy, so I don't have anything to share this week.

Same. I've been focused on supporting Ken's CytoTable changes and once those were in place I was going to circl back to see if we could update the repo for nf, along with tinkering through possible improvements.
